Art Show Entry Form

Entry Categories & Submissions

1. OPEN – Artists 18 years of age and older are invited to enter. Cost of entry is $5 per artwork, limited to 4 entries per person.

2. JUNIOR – The Junior category is broken down into 2 categories. Secondary prize is awarded to entrants age 12-17 and the primary prize is award to entrants aged 3-11. Entry is FREE for juniors.

3. Please complete the entry form and return, with entry fee by Wednesday 26th September to Noble Park Community Centre, Memorial Drive, Noble Park, VIC 3174.

2018 Conditions of Entry

1. Artwork which has previously won a prize in the NPCC Art Show is ineligible for entry in this year’s show, work previously exhibited is welcome.

2. All traditional 2D mediums are accepted. No 3D work will be accepted.

3. Maximum size of works including framing not to exceed total 2.5 square metres. Larger size works may not be accepted due to limited hanging space.

4. All entries must be fitted with picture wire firmly attached ready for hanging. The organisers reserve the right not to hang unsuitable works. If work is not ready to hang entrant will be asked to make it suitable and return before closure. If it cannot be hung it will NOT BE ACCEPTED into the exhibition. Please visit website for details.

5. Each entry must have the artist’s name & contact number, title of exhibit and sale price attached to the back of the work. If not labelled it will not be accepted into the exhibition.

6. As sales will be accepted during the exhibition please clearly indicate on the entry form if work is NOT for sale.  No commission will be charged on sales.

7. Artists are responsible for the delivery and collection of their work(s) and whilst the Noble Park Community Centre will take due care, no responsibilities will be accepted for loss or damage.

8. The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Artworks are to be delivered to the Noble Park Community Centre, on Tuesday 16th October between 2pm and 6pm. Artwork will not be accepted prior to or after this time.

10. Artists are asked to collect works at the conclusion of the exhibition at the Noble Park Community Centre on Sunday 21st October between 4:30pm and 6pm. Artwork cannot be removed prior to or after this time.

11. Artwork(s) not collected within 7 days of the conclusion of the exhibition will be disposed of at the organiser’s discretion.

12. No unauthorised photography of artworks will be allowed. Please specify on entry form if you would not like photographs to be taken of your work.

13. All information provided will be kept private and confidential and details will only be used to contact you.

14. Each entrant will automatically be put on the Art Show database. Please indicate on entry form if you would not like to receive promotional material by email.

15. For junior participants please select NPFC award to indicate that you would like to have your artwork consider for this award. Your artwork must encompass celebrating the Noble Park Football Club 100th Birthday. Prize is only open to junior artists.
