Yoga for all Ages and Abilities. 

Yoga is a system of physical and mental disciplines practiced to attain control of body and mind. It is a series of postures and breathing exercises. Mats are provided.

Tuesdays with Nadira         9:30am - 10:30am          Main Hall

Tuesdays with Wendy         1:00pm - 2:00pm            Main Hall

Thursdays with Laura          9:30am - 10:30am          Main Hall

Thursdays with Michelle      7:30pm - 8:30pm            IC Room

Sundays with Nadira            5:00pm - 6:00pm            Main Hall

Cost: $3 per class

No booking required, come as you please, pay as you go!
