This program provides exercises designed to improve joint & muscle health without putting a lot of strain and weight on your body while exercising.
When: Wednesdays 10:30am-11:15am

MEDITATION
Practice developing self-awareness through science, art and philosophy.
When: Thursdays 7:30pm-8:30pm
Cost: FREE
QIGONG
Qigong is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self. Learn the art of Qigong using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit.
Similar to Tai Chi, Qigong practice aims to improve your health system, improve flexibility and balance.

SOCIAL TAI CHI
Practice sessions guided by video instruction.
When: Fridays
Beginners: 9:30am - 10:00am
Experienced: 10:00am-11am
Cost: $3 per session
YOGA
We offer yoga for all age groups and abilities.

Cost: $5 per class or $40 for 10 weeks
